EmpPass - Employee Account Password Management

What is EmpPass?

EmpPass is a tool to manage your Employee user network account.
This tool enables you to:

• Set a new password
• Unlock your account
• Enroll in Security Questions
• Reset an expiring password

How do I set up my account as a new Employee?

First, login to EmpPass using the temporary information from your supervisor.
Once you log in, set a new password.

Will EmpPass affect my other accounts?

Accounts affected by EmpPass password reset:

• Employee Email (first.last@edmonds.edu)
• 25Live
• Citrix
• Omni CMS (OU Campus)
• Triton WiFi (employee login)
• DocMan (Quillix)

Accounts NOT affected by EmpPass:

• Canvas
• Student resources (ex: Triton Email)
• ctcLink

Do I have to reset my password?

Yes, your password is valid for 120 days. You will receive an email notifying you to set a new password before it expires.

Why enroll in security questions?

Enrolling in security questions allows you to unlock your account as well as change a forgotten or expired password.
